Participant Registration

All Participants MUST register. Registration costs include two nights lodging and all meals as below. The prices are per individual:

  • Small room (3-4 persons): $275.00/adult, $175/youth
  • Shared Apartment (Up to 8 persons): $250.00/adult, $150/youth
  • Dormitory (Up to 10 persons):  $200.00/adult, $100/youth
  • Day Fee, whole weekend (Fri-Sun): $100/adult, $50/youth
  • Day Fee, one day (Saturday): $50/adult, $25/youth

Check out Wonder Valley Ranch to see the venue and accommodations. Wonder Valley Ranch offers free activities such as swimming, canoeing, horseshoes, volleyball and tennis courts, and the sports courts. Other activities require advance registration and additional fees, such as horseback riding and archery.

Scholarships are available HERE and will be awarded based on a review by the AICLS Language Is Life committee. Scholarship recipients will be notified by August 31.
